Meanwhile, NBC news found a local pol, currently running for office, who had knocked on the Grand Banc perp's door some days ago. He said the perp first asked him about his stance on gun control, then the conversation moved to Mormons, with the perp quoted as saying "Mormons are the anti-Christ".

Lord Trump was so hot to leverage this attack to advance his narrative about white, Christian, victimhood, and turns out the perp is a white, Christian, Trumper, who hates Mormons. Bet his nibs never tries to walk this back. I suspect he will try to ignore questions about it, and leave it up to Karoline Leavitt to try to explain away Trump's attempt at scapegoating his enemies for this atrocity.
