My question asked for support for the assertion that getting rid of the National Weather Service would line Trumps pockets. I simply asked how Trump would get paid, I did not ask how important NOAA and NWS are.

Goofy's answer at least proposed the mechanics of how enrichment would occur by claiming that a Trump donor would increase his donations upon the demise of the NWS.
