Subject: My “shrew” year’s resolution
I resolve to cease the acknowledgment and feeding of the trolls. Dope, Marco (is that even a real person?) Lurkermom. It seems to me that absolutely nothing positive has come from reading or responding to their ongoing provocations. Even lobbing insults gives their foolishness oxygen. This is definitely not an exercise in intellectual engagement. From now on their words can fall into empty space for all I care.

I’m going to draw in a big breath of metaphorical fresh air, and stop wasting my breath providing clicks for clowns. I invite everyone to join me. Since we can’t change minds, we can at least change the channel.
