Oh, right. Does Hamas have an air force? Do they conduct "strikes"? No? All rightie then.

You could object to the word "targeted" but that was cleared up pretty quickly and even the initial ABC News article reporting said: the explosion was the result of "a failed launch by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad".

No, they did not.
