UPDATE: In this video, the 2nd parked car targeted by the thief actually had someone sitting in the back seat of the blue SUV . The scofflaw breaks the window & snatches a bag, eliciting screams from the SUV.

The person filming the video was just following them and filming them all the while. In the second video you can hear the woman who was sitting in the car they broke into screaming. That's just...not all kinds of awesome.

Not sure if it's the same guys, but here's a similar white Lexus involved in another smash and grab.
