Last week, I asked our boys to think about what they would do if the mandatory draft for military service was brought back.

You take charge of the situation. You don't sit and wait for that life changing/ending letter to come in the mail. If you have a low number, you trot down to the Navy or Air Force recruiter and enlist, before you get drafted into humping the boonies in 'Nam.

Every guy in my High School class had to think about that.
