I think you're missing the point of the re-examinations, Steve. (Same as with SNAP.)

It's statistical. It's stochastic. Re-examination of thousands or millions of files of immigration paperwork from the 19 targeted countries will undoubtedly show a very high percentage of fraudulent applications, applications which are ineligible on their face but were mishandled by the Biden administration or prior admins, and other discrepancies which at a minimum, require further investigation.

You know, like we can pretty confidently make the assumption, at this point, that Somalis in Minnesota commit a disproportionate amount of government benefits fraud.

Or that young black men in Chicago shoot a disproportional amount of each other, and other people as well.
