Unfortunately, per the interview with Hakeem Jeffries that you posted recently, the Democrat House Caucus is not looking for a compromise.

They are looking to continue their obstruction of a resolution of the ACA dispute, and will never agree to anything that is palatable to House Republicans.

This is to inflict pain on the American people and attempt to hang the blame on the impasse and the pain on the Republicans at the 2026 midterms.

This was the strategy behind the Schumer Shutdown and continues to be the Dem strategy.

They will not compromise.
