The democrats never “had” the Epstein files.

The Justice Department “had” the Epstein files, but that was back in the day when the Justice Department did not take its marching orders from the White House.

Merrick Garland had the Epstein files, and like the Trump insurrection files, he slow walked them to the point that he insured nothing would be done.
