Mike, if Trump gets elected all the Federal charges go away because Trump will muscle or fire anyone, appoint who he likes, and he can. So if we don't get it prosecuted before the election, and he's elected, the odds are highly likely it never happens. And he most likely wants all the evidence destroyed. Well he get his way? Yes. Plenty of people with no morals or spine.

Then he pardons all the Jan 6 folk.

And then we have the question that if he's found guilty, but elected - what happens? I predict he's allowed to serve, and, of course, he pardons himself, and the USSC decides that.
