What a "genius" idea. That would really motivate unemployed middle managers to pick lettuce: "work on the farm or get packed into a shipping container and sent to Somoliland". A fortune saved in unemployment benefits, which can fund another "JC" tax cut, and zero unemployment. Stalin would be proud.
