3. There's no one of importance listed as a client.
=> Trump won't release them because this would put an end to the conspiracy theories that prominent democrats are child-trafficking pedophiles; but the Biden admin surely would have, for the exact same reason

So, since the files have not been released yet, options 1 and 2 are out.

That leaves 3. But since Biden didn't release them, 3 is also out.
