its suggested that if anything makes putin accept a cessation of hostilities, it would have to be
A. elimination of the russian logistical supply chain within a few hundred miles of ukraine
B. casualty ratio > 15:1 of ground troops (which is not uncommon)

its unlikely that kim can do much to help with item A if the F16 strategy is well executed.
but as for item B, kim has supposedly offered N.Koreans manpower to 'help' in europe adjacent to any arms trade and manufacturing.

trump now has a new bar to join the strongman club ; someday casually trade american civilian lives into a warzone as part of deal for retention of power and personal enrichment. am sure he could meet this challenge, in addition to passing putin's trillions in kleptocracy.
