On November 13, 2025, the USS Stockdale positioned itself directly across the path of the Seahorse, a Russian‑linked tanker carrying naphtha bound for Venezuela. No shots were fired. Seems that repeatedly obstructing a civilian ship, on the high seas, runs counter to the "law of the sea". Good thing Shinyland is so "exceptional", that it is exempt, and is free to write it's own laws.
