They've calculated that IF they are prosecuted, it will likely be a very BLUE, CLINTON FRIENDLY arena. They are calculating they will get a very BLUE, Clinton friendly judge and JURY.

If the judge doesn't find a reason to toss it, the jury of minorities and radical blue leftists lesbians will resoundingly ACQUIT.
