For those wondering what Dope is talking about, it’s a measurement of the ability of your lungs and heart to shove oxygen into your bloodstream. The higher your VO2 Max, the better your chances of living longer.

“Norwegian 4x4s”- a specific form of interval training- and it beats walking or even jogging for upping your aerobic capacity, and can be accomplished in a fraction of the time.
