I use those terms, purposely intended to be derogatory, because I recognize these regimes as dangerous adversaries and generally not good for a peaceful world. It is the leadership I am referring to leadership, because most of their captive citizens would choose something different if they had a choice. Same with Iran. Thanks for asking.
