I don't think so. Trump has to be below average. He's not Forrest Gump, but after all that expensive education his dad bought, you would expect more from a person of average intelligence. Unless "average" is a lot lower than I expect.

I agree Biden is probably just a bit above average, but not much. I worked with a lot of above-average people, and neither were of their caliber.
