I was a registered Republican when I visited PA. It was already a mess. That would have been around 2000 (give or take). I have been on TMF a really long time.

I never registered to any political party, not required in my state.
There was a time though I voted democrat, campaign for them, even went door to door handing out leaflets and talking to people. As the saying goes the dem party left me with their more and more liberal attitudes and I looked for Conservative Values that were important to me.
