Of the bit under 1M bpd, iirc, about 200,000 goes to the US, for Chevron. The other concession holders include Chinese, Russian, Italian and Spanish companies.

Of course, the Pirate King says all the oil is "ours", so seems he thinks every drop should go to Shinyland.
