The plan:
1. Reissue the 2020 exec order on firing bureaucrats.
Fire away. How does a slew of people out of work affect the economy?

2. Clean house in the national security/intel organizations
Yaah, that's the ticket, just shut all that down and put Putin in charge.

3. Reform the FISA courts (he'll need Congress and John Roberts for that)
If you have an unreviewed secret process, review it every 7 years. Simple. Put Clarence in charge.

4. Expose the abuses of power, and declassify broad swaths of stuff.
Yeah, power abuse, declassify and have bread and circuses. Works.

5. Crack down on disinformation leakers
This is the guise for retribution carnage - just imprison them right next to the immigration deportation hell holes.

6. IG offices will be independent from the agencies they oversee
Let Musk Trump that up for ya.

7. Create an independent auditing agency aimed at ensuring Americans aren't being spied on by their own intel services
Put Heritage foundation in charge of that.


8. Relocate parts of the federal bureaucracy outside of DC. <--he'll need funding from Congress for that
Scrap build back better and use those funds.

9. Ban federal bureaucrats from working at companies they regulate (See the movie The Big Short

10. Term limits on Congress? That's a Constitutional amendment that he won't get.
That might almost work.
