Subject: Re: Spankee debt owed to US taxpayers
US 2026 deficit in excess of US $2-quadrillion.
How determined:
Per Donald Trump, damages to any person who had his/her tax return exposed by the IRS is the amount of $1.776B.
This has been certified in public by the US DOJ.
Per Congressional statement, 405,000 people had their tax returns exposed by the IRS the same year as Donald Trump.
Thus, each individual is owed *at least* $1.776B per Trump and the DOJ.
People Harmed Initial Damage/Person Total Initial Cost
405,000 $1,776,000,000 $719,280,000,000,000
There are two groups of individuals harmed.
Group 1 is "public figures", who do NOT have a reasonable expectation of privacy due to the fact they ARE public figures.
Group 2 is people who are NOT "public figures". They DO have a reasonable expectation of privacy due to the fact they are NOT public figures.
Individuals in Group 2 can reasonably assert they suffered ADDITIONAL injury as a result of the release of their IRS information.
For simplicity's sake, the amount of ADDITIONAL damages per person injured by the release of their information shall be treble the original stated damages.
Given a lack of information, the exact number of public and non-public individuals harmed at the same time as stipulated by Trump and the DOJ is unknown.
But we do know the total number of individuals harmed is 405,000.
For the purposes of this example, it will be the premise 105,000 individuals were public figures and 300,000 were not public figures.
This will permit a basic analysis to be performed using reasonable values already established by this administration.
