Robotaxi success depends on three factors:

1) Vehicle cost. Tesla 30K, Waymo 150K.

2) Geofence. Tesla will quickly circle the globe while Waymo is stuck at 1%.

3) Scalability. Tesla can produce millions of RTs while Waymo can only make thousands.
