Dope: Which wasn't what they blasted on X, formerly Twitter.
Jeez, your own link proves you and RedState wrong. There's nothing in the ABC News tweet or article that says anything about "leveled buildings," or an "Israeli bombing".
Here is the original ABC News tweet:
BREAKING: At least 500 people have been killed in a strike that targeted Al Ahli Arab Hospital in the middle of Gaza, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.
The hospital served as a shelter for thousands of residents who fled their homes in northern Gaza.
The ABC News article clearly states:
The Israel Defense Forces denied responsibility for the explosion, saying a failed launch by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad caused the blast.
"From the analysis of the operational systems of the IDF, an enemy rocket barrage was carried out towards Israel, which passed in the vicinity of the hospital, when it was hit," IDF said.
You and RedState are dead wrong.
You could object to the word "targeted" but that was cleared up pretty quickly and even the initial ABC News article reporting said: the explosion was the result of "a failed launch by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad".
