*Now* is the time to replace Alito and Thomas with younger jurors who would hopefully vote in the same way.

It's quite possible that in the future the SCOTUS will have more than 9 seats and barring that, it's very possible that a Left of Center agenda will indeed be enacted not too long from now.

The Right, should solidify two seats while it can.
