As I am sure you know, in geopolitics nothing is ever really "off the table." The contingency plans remain but the timing may vary based on how circumstances develop.


It sounds to me like the Israelis and Arab nations who told Trump he should call it off probably had access to critical intelligence data which counseled against an immediate American attack.

What that might be, we do not know.
