Right from the start at "HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY TO ALL" he shows his ignorance and lack of seriousness. Memorial Day is not supposed to be a day of happiness, but a day of remembrance. Maybe the orange one is just thinking about another day of golf and another day of burgers.
