Yup. He drew a direct line from TtG's PR tactics with Covid, to his PR tactics with oil. While the video says it's all about market manipulation, I expect a lot of it is the same as in 2020: sooth the MAGA base, so they keep on watching their sports and spending their money, like God's in the White House, and they have not a care in the world.
