Subject: Re: Superseding Indictment Filed in DC
Details to follow.

One little bit I heard is that references to other officials in the administration (like Pence and Clark) have been dropped. The co-conspirator list has been trimmed to just private attorneys.

The USSC seemed to leave open that some interactions between officials might not be immune. But it appears that Jack Smith doesn't want to fight those battles. So he's sticking to working with only people clearly outside the administration.

If that's true (this is all fresh stuff and subject to early misunderstandings), seems like a decision that will help keep the case moving forward. Cut down on the number of things to argue over.
