I had discussions with Philippine Doctors where I started "Medical practice is 80% medicine and 20% art." Talking about the differences in how doctors treat the same malady, and they'd laugh, and say no, it's 30-40% art. After a few years there, Doctors would make their own lotions, or sell overpriced lotions (to us $20-$40) because expats and many clients had money. :)
