Subject: Post Private Email
When composing a reply to a post, the user has three options:

- Post to board. (default)
- Email {author} and also post.
- Privately email {author} only.

If I select 'Privately email' whilst composing a reply, but then
select 'Preview', my submission preference is changed back to the
default 'Post to board' option. This is easy to overlook, and may
result in a private post sent to the entire board in error.
