Well, he is running against an adulterer and rapist who assembled a mob in DC, incited that mob to attack the U.S. Capitol by telling them the vice president had failed to do the right thing after spending over an hour telling the mob that if they did not "fight like hell" they would not have a country anymore. The Orange Turd pressured and threatened election officials in Georgia, telling them to find him 11,780 votes or they could be facing legal jeopardy, and conspired to replace legitimate electors with fake electors in key swing states. The Orange Turd called American war dead losers and suckers. The Orange Turd committed fraud. And the Orange Turd admitted removing over 100 highly classified documents -- including war plans and nuclear secrets -- then lied about returning them, hid them, obstructed the investigation of their discovery and return under subpoena, but, laughably, claims he's entitled to keep them because of the PRA.

So, yeah, I could see Biden getting 90,000,000 votes.

And no, Arizona does not allow "illegal immigrants" to vote by simply asking for a "federal only" ballot. Anyone who votes on a "federal only" ballot must provide proof of citizenship to vote a "full ballot", as stated by the AZ secretary of state:

A person is not required to submit proof of citizenship with the voter registration form, but failure to do so means the person will only be eligible to vote in federal elections (known as being a "federal only" voter). A "federal only" voter will become eligible to vote a "full ballot" in all federal, state, county and local elections if he or she later provides valid proof of citizenship to the appropriate County Recorder's office.
