Subject: Re: Yet Another (Crystal Clear) Video
Keeping in mind that 'Libertarians' are just 'Cafeteria MAGAts', this, from the Libertarian Party of Mutherfuckin' Texas:

""Minnesota’s attempt to ban firearms at protests didn’t survive constitutional scrutiny. It was overturned, and there is no federal law prohibiting carrying a firearm at a protest. What does exist at the federal level is a clear restriction on government power: the Second Amendment, which explicitly bars the government from disarming the people.

Kash Patel is lying—again. Just as he lied to Congress about the Epstein files, he’s misrepresenting the law and the Constitution now. This isn’t confusion; it’s deliberate misinformation.

And let’s be clear: armed protests are not some fringe, left-wing anomaly. In 2020 alone, there were numerous armed demonstrations across the political spectrum—on the left, on the right, by libertarians, and by independents. People with radically different political beliefs exercised the same right, under the same law, without it being stripped away. Pretending otherwise is historical revisionism.

Here’s the part the government never wants to say out loud: an armed citizen stands on equal footing with law enforcement. Not above them—equal. That parity is the entire point. Governments seek a monopoly on violence because monopoly equals control. An armed population disrupts that monopoly, levels the playing field, and limits how far power can be abused. The state doesn’t dislike guns because they’re dangerous; it dislikes guns because they reduce asymmetry of force. And there is nothing more American than rejecting a ruling class that insists only it should be armed."
