The most needless of deaths, he died on the last day of WWI, after the armistice was signed by Germany...but before it went into effect.

And now we have more truly needless deaths, in a needless war in the Middle East.

I think a Henry Gunther award is in order, given in his name, to those who allow for the truly needless deaths of our finest.
