If that's the degree of cheating that goes on GOP states, then they're a bunch of amateurs compared to what liberals pull in deep blue places like Washington. Here, you can hold a campaign rally and literally print ballots for homeless people at your event. Then you tell them whom to vote for - maybe even give them some free food at your campaign event - then collect the ballots and drop them off for them.

Since Washington never bothers to check anything, just have them 'vote' a bunch of times.

Washington is an all-mail in voting state. Curiously, not a single Republican has won statewide office since it took effect that I can remember. Gee whiz.
