Thus, Hunter's identification of the gun sight PROVES BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that Alex Pretti was NOT *intending* to shoot/kill anyone. Can't argue self-defense because there was NO drawing of the weapon or other preparation to use it. RATIONAL attack on ICE would be to do so from OUTSIDE, not INSIDE, the ICE group. Alex was rational (nurse's JOB), so Hunter has unwittingly cleared Alex of any intent to attack ICE using Alex's carried weapon.
