Frank Calvelli is the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space Acquisition and Integration. He is responsible for all architecture and integration with respect to acquisition of space systems and programs in the armed forces, chairing the Space Acquisition Council, and overseeing and directing the space acquisition centers in the Department of the Air Force. He also serves as the DAF Service Acquisition Executive for Space Systems and Programs.

Sounds great? Dude ran a lot of acquisition programs. While doing so he crapped on his contractors and made their life tough...the media touted him as A Big Tough Guy.

Frank Calvelli, a seasoned military, intelligence and space systems leader, has been selected as the newest member of the board of directors at True Anomaly.

The Centennial, Colorado-based defense technology company said Wednesday Calvelli will lead True Anomaly’s efforts in enhancing its operations ensuring alignment with government and military missions.

True Anomaly is a start up. After Calvelli got through wrecking the big contractors, now he's joining a start up that will conveniently be positioned to execute the vision he left behind...enriching him to the tune of a lot of money.

Doesn't get much more Swampy than this guy.
