I read an article a few months ago that one problem the Dems have is that their accomplishments are often internal, invisible to the average person going about their daily lives. They are necessary, and important, but we -the public- don't really see them. - 1pg

One thing I have noticed is that Bidens solutions are often delivered as a program, eg a complicated energy credit that must be applied for versus a energy policy that drives down costs in the first place. The consumer will not internalize the benefits of the program as readily as the seeing the price on the pump with his own eyes.
