You may interpret the first bill as nonsense... but..
There is a handful of (R) that don't want to have a government that works and want to play reindeer games.
There are a couple hundred (D) that won't put up with Trumps/Musks BS.

I think it will not end well if you choose to continue to follow Musk...

We will land right back with the bill that was agreed to, and Trump will certainly claim a negotiating victory!
Very few are fooled.
