He's a narcissist, so of course he thinks he's a genius, despite all evidence to the contrary.

All you have to do in order to decide who is smarter is listen to AOC, Crocket and Trump and it becomes clear Trump is a fool who expresses himself like a middle-schooler...at best. Those two women are much smarter and much better educated.

But Trump is good at demagoging, grifting and playing his low info base for fools.
