Kyle Bass loves making huge sweeping political statements and bets in which he has know idea what he's talking about or betting on! I listened to him blather on about liberating Hong Kong while he shorted the HKD and sold his perceived collapse of China. He paraded around Miles Kwok as his expert on the subject. I am no fan of the CCP but his takes were comical.
