Somebody explain to me what that speech was about and why the orange notsee gave it?

Even though I haven’t seen even a moment of it, I think I can answer.

It was about the orange moron bloviating on topics he doesn’t understand. He delivered it for two reasons: to pump up his ego, and to feed lies to his gullible base.
