They have a plan, they just can't admit what it is.

The plan is, billionaires ain't gonna fund your health care. If you get sick and you can't afford to pay a doctor, go die. You deserve it because poor people are bad people who are being punished by god for their sins. Billionaires are the best people because god is rewarding them for their goodness, so they deserve all their riches. And if you don't agree with this then you're an infidel commie who deserves to die.
