I like Utah, but mostly southern Utah. Zion, Bryce, Cedar Breaks, Moab (2 national parks)...they are beautiful in the winter.

Around SLC, I don't have much helpful. There is a waterfall somewhere outside Provo, as I recall. We stopped there on a drive up to Yellowstone.
