Maybe you give him more credit than is warranted...
Only a *stopped* clock is guaranteed to be right twice a day. If it's merely very slow, the right result could be quite a bit rarer.

The conclusion is clear: we can't be sure of that level of precision from Mr Cramer till he stops.
