Hunter Biden has just filed an appeal, since the special counsel prosecuting him was appointed under the same rules.

The nice thing is that after it's reinstated in appeals, Cannon will not be the judge for it going forward. BUT...

If Trump is President there will be pressure to drop the suit, and he can replace Jack methinks.
