Subject: Brk, Jpm, why?
“ Buffet converted 8,239 A shares into B shares to make the donations.

In the release, he says, "I have no debts and my remaining A shares are worth about $145 billion, well over 99% of my net worth." Decades ago we were told that Buffett owned Jpm in his own account hence he couldn’t or wouldn’t buy Jpm within Brk. I asked back then, why not sell his odd lot of Jpm relative to his net worth, to Brk at market value so that Brk could buy 5 percent of Jpm or even more? We know how much Buffett respects Dimon , has this question ever been asked the past 20 years and I missed it? Will Buffett explain this decision while he still can?
