Trump is saying the Strait is open to all shipping EXCEPT Iranian shipping.

Trump the Peacemaker is also insisting that Iran has agreed to give up all it's enriched U, and not enrich for 20 years.

Not surprisingly, the stock market is flying, oil is tanking today.

So, is this the real deal, or another Trump market manipulation?
