I haven't heard...is someone suing yet?

As I recall, Congress rescinded the special permission of the Executive to wage unapproved military operations (originally granted after 9/11). They now have to get Congressional approval. I don't think the Felon is doing that, so someone should be suing to stop him.

We have a lot bigger fish to fry in the Chinese Navy. Venezuela is all but irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, and we're wasting resources on them.
