Subject: Re: No 'Hamilton' at the Kennedy Center

Very simple. You sign a contract to perform, you perform.

I have read that, when "1776" was released, there was one song that Nixon didn't like, so it was cut from the film.

If the show is supposed to be selections from "Hamilton", maybe they can sneak that one from "1776" in?

Fortunately, the song was restored for video and TV releases, after Nixon was gone.

Here's another cheery little ditty they could sneak in to a "selections from Hamilton" performance, for the King of grifters.

for the folks who almost recognize him, that piece is performed by John Cullum, who, some years later, played Holling, on "Northern Exposure".
